✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide direct care to critically ill neuro and neurosurgical patients
✔️ Perform and document advanced neurological assessments
✔️ Monitor complex patient data and clinical status
✔️ Operate specialized ICU equipment
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
✔️ Administer medications and implement treatment plans
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔️ Active New York State RN License
✔️ Current BLS Certification
✔️ Minimum 2 years acute care hospital experience
✔️ At least 1 year Neuro ICU experience
✔️ Level 1 Trauma Center experience strongly preferred
✔️ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
