Critical Care Intensivist Needed ASAP!!!!

8 April days (12 hour shifts) available, and 15+ in May moving forward

Does physician need Board Certification: Yes

Daily Patient Volume: 20-25 patients

Shift structure is 1 MD + 1APP daytime 7AM-7PM
1MD 7PM-7AM
ICU is divided in med/surg ICU, Cardiovascular ICU and neuro ICU.
Open unit with mandatory intensivist evaluation. Intensivist follows ~70% of patients in ICU (signs off on lower acuity patients)

Describe monthly coverage requirements:
Starting in May, 15 shifts/month (preferably nights)

Describe the make-up of support staff (techs, nursing, mid-levels, etc.):
1 Nurse practitioner 7AM-7PM
Nursing ratio 1:1 to 1:2

Describe the daily shift requirements (Productive, Night Call Coverage, 24hr Call Coverage, Weekday/Weeknight):
15 shifts/ months (mix of days and nights)
Specific shift needs to follow.

List any special certifications or requirements (including special procedures) needed to perform in this position: Regular ICU procedures (Central lines, intubations, bronchoscopy, chest tubes)
