Facility: Private, not-for-profit organization with 800+ bed hospital is the cornerstone of a healthcare system that provides compassionate and skilled care through hospitals, comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, nursing facilities, home health services, prompt care facilities, primary care and specialty physicians, and rehabilitative care programs to a 25-county region in Georgia and South Carolina Opportunity: Seeking a BE/BC physician to participate in critical care coverage. Flexible work week schedule rotating through closed neuro and med-surg ICU’s. Average daily census 15-17 patient encounters in 12 hours shifts (7a-7p). EMR is EPIC. Work week: 2 to 5 day stretches on days and night rotation is every sixth week (7p-7a) then off for 10-days after night rotation. Both new graduates and experienced candidates will be considered. Compensation: Competitive total compensation package based on MGMA benchmarks. Compensation package includes the opportunity for incentives based on defined quality metrics.
