About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide critical care coverage across alternating day and night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, supporting a newly added service within a closed ICU environment. Coverage consists of 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts per rotation, addressing a current staffing shortage at the facility. The clinician will manage critically ill adult patients across 4 ICU units with a total of 50 beds, delivering intensive monitoring and advanced critical care interventions. Board certification is required for this assignment.
