NEED IS ONGOING EVERY MONTH

Shift times-7a-7p and 7p-7a solo coverage both shifts
EMR-EPIC
Average census during the day is 10-12 patients.
How are nights handled? Intensivist admits new ICU patients, cross-covers the existing ICU patients, and responds to code blues. Average of 1-2 admissions a night.
Open/Closed ICU? Closed.
how many ICU beds? 14 medical/surgical ICU beds, 4 CICU beds.
