Aya Locums is seeking a Critical Care Nocturnist to provide inpatient night coverage at a hospital in Eastern Tennessee. This role offers consistent 12-hour night shifts with no call responsibilities and a supportive team environment.

Assignment Details
-Start Date: December 2025
-End Date: January 2026
-Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
-Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 6p–6a

Work Details
-Support Staff: One MD, one APP, and occasionally a Fellow
-Department Description: Inpatient Critical Care
-Patient Volume: 25 on average per shift
-Patient Population: Adults
-EMR: Epic
-Special Procedures: Arterial line, chest tube, central line, thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar punctures, ventilator management

Practice Setting
-Hospital

Requirements
-Board Certification: Required in Critical Care (if Pulmonary, must have CC Pulm BC)
-License: Active TN License required
-DEA/CSR: Yes, TN DEA required
-Certifications: BLS, ACLS

-Experience: Minimum 2+ years
