🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Dermatology within 1 year of graduation. Providers must obtain Board Certification within 3 years of graduation.

Licensure: Michigan Medical License required or willingness to obtain.

Certifications Required:
• BLS required or willing to obtain
• DEA required prior to start
• CSR/CDS required prior to start

Documentation:
• Updated CV with detailed work history
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
• Clean malpractice history
• Clean license history
• Flu vaccine documentation

Visa Eligibility:
• H1B candidates accepted
• J1 candidates not accepted

Candidate Restrictions:
• No Locums candidates
• No 1099 candidates
• No providers with lapsed board certifications requiring renewal
• No long-distance commuters (greater than 1 hour)
• No providers working concurrent outside jobs

📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Medical Dermatology: Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dermatologic conditions.

Procedural Dermatology: Perform high-volume office-based dermatologic procedures and biopsies.

Cosmetic Dermatology: Opportunity to expand cosmetic services based on provider interest.

Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive outpatient dermatology care in a clinic-based setting.

Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR for all clinical documentation and patient management.

  • Reopening Dermatology Practice: Opportunity to help reestablish and grow a thriving dermatology service line.
  • Balanced Practice Mix: Approximately 90% medical dermatology and 10% cosmetic dermatology, with opportunity to expand cosmetic services if desired.
  • High Procedure Volume: Roughly 80% of visits involve procedures including skin tag removals, biopsies, and skin cancer procedures.
