Job description

Start Date: April 2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-430pm, possible floating to sister site
EMR: EPIC
Special procedures: 25-35 ppd

Active New York License
Board Certified or Eligible
BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: TBD, Emergency Privileges offered
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
