Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Remote Diagnostic Radiologist to provide remote ED coverage with additional inpatient reads as needed. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while supporting a teaching hospital environment.

Position Details:
• Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology (Telemedicine)
• Location: Remote – Oregon License (Client Willing to License)
• Position Type: Locum Tenens
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 13 weeks with ongoing coverage opportunity

Schedule & Hours:
• Monday–Friday: 1-2 weeks per month (ongoing)
• Weekends: 1-2 weekends per month
• Weekday Hours: 12:00p–8:00p PST (option for 12:00p–9:00p with 1-hour break)
• Weekend Hours: 7:00a–7:00p

Practice Details:
• ED coverage primarily; will read inpatient exams if ED volume is low
• Average 60–65 RVUs per shift
• Cases include PF, CT, and US (MRI limited to emergent brain exams)
• Turnaround Time: 30 min for ER exams
• Trauma Level III facility
• Residents may overscan due to teaching hospital setting
• CT scanner dedicated 100% to the ER
• PACS: Sectra
• VR: Fluency
• Workstations: Provided by the site

Requirements:
• Board Certification: ABR
• Fellowship: Not required
• License: Oregon (client will assist with licensing)
• No minimum years of experience; previous 24 months of case logs required for credentialing
