- NP
- Primary Care- Will see all ages
- Community Health
- 100% Outpatient
- ASAP Start (3 month contract)
- 2-3 week credentialing
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- Will Pay Travel and lodging
- AZ lic, DEA, and BLS needed
