Temp to Perm Emergency Medicine APP in Dallas, OR

Specialty: APP Emergency Medicine (with EM or urgent care Experience)
NP or PA: will consider both
Start Date: June, aprox 5 shifts per mo
Length of time needed: Anticipated through the summer
Location: West Valley Hospital (Critical Access Hospital)
Care Team Model: APP will work alongside 1 Physician
Shift: 12p-10p, Monday – Friday
Annual Volume: over 14,000
Average Daily Census: 50/day in a 24-hour period
Types of Cases/Procedures: Pending intake call with client
Open or Closed ICU: None, patients are sent to main campus in Salem
EMR: Epic
Bed Size: 25
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 or more years
State License: OR - will consider non licensed in temp to perm situations
Certifications Required/Preferred: Required ATLS, ACLS (1 Provider and 1 APP on site)
DEA Required?: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe (same as Salem Hospital?): 60-90, closer to 60
