• Start Date: Flexible
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Coverage Needed: Flexible, based on providers availability
• Practice Setting: Hospital, Clinic, or Floating between Sites
• Average 6 patients/day – low volume, high acuity
• No labor & delivery
• Providers oversee all cases that come in
• Trauma Level: Level IV
• OR License Preferred
