Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine NP/PA for an acute care hospital in Northwest Texas.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: TBD (after credentialing)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours

Work Details
• Hospital Type: Acute Care
• Trauma Level: Level IV
• Admission Rate: 10%
• Pediatric Patients: Yes (approximately 20%)
• Acuity Level: 1–5
• Imaging: CT and Ultrasound available 24/7; MRI available 24/7
• Radiology Reads: Performed by Radiology (ED physician may also read)
• APP Supervision: NP will be supervised by ED physician
• Floor Codes: ED physician responds to Rapid Response and transfers care to hospitalist upon arrival
• Scribes: No
• EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting
• Hospital – Emergency Department

Requirements
• License: Active Texas license required
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS required
• Credentialing Notes: Notarized ID required; COVID vaccination/booster required or approved medical exemption form
