ATLS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. MUST HAVE ATLS PRIOR TO PRESENTATION

Total Hospital Beds: 173

ED Annual Volume: 29k - 32k

ED/Fast Track Bed Count: 28 Ed Beds, 1 Trauma Bay & 5 Fast Track Beds

EMR: Meditech with Dragon

ED Patients per Hour: 2.75-3.25

Level 3 Trauma Designation

Education Requirements

NP: Completion of master’s, post-master or doctorate degree from NP program o PA: Master’s, baccalaureate, or associate’s degree. Completion of a PA program



Board Certification Required: Yes PA: Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) NP: Accredited by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)



Life Certification Requirements: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
