Job description

• 2 Providers needed
• Varied shifts through the month
• 24 Hour Physician and ast Track with 12 hours daily APP Coverage
• Weekend Requirements
• ACLS, ATLS, Board Certified, NRP, PALS
• Emergency Department
• Annual patient volume 50,000 (includes Fast Track)
• 35-bed facility
• Moderate to high acuity
• Most trauma is Triaged to JCL-N Mountain trauma centers
• Admit Rate 15%
• 12 Hour Shift- Double coverage 24 hours/day
• Separate Fast Track with 20 hours of coverage by Mid-Level Practitioners
