·       9,800-60,000K Annual Volume depending on location

·        EMR Charting

REQUIRED: 

·       AZ state license; will consider IMLC./ Compact

·        Board Certified Emergency Medicine


COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate to include Travel Expenses
