Job description

Coverage: 3,8 hour shifts per day ( 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a)
General Information: 250 Beds, Community Hospital and Long Term Care. 18 Bed ED, 14 Bed ICU, 18,000 Annual Visit ED.
EMR: Evident
Requirements: EM Boarded, CA State License, CA State DEA and ACLS,PALS.
60-90 day Credentialing
