Summary:
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at our new ER facility. The ideal candidate will be board certified in emergency medicine and have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The position will require 12-hour shifts, both days and nights, and the ability to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Provide medical care to patients in the emergency department
• Triage patients and determine the appropriate course of treatment
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Administer medications and treatments
• Communicate with patients and their families
• Document patient care
• Work with other healthcare professionals to provide a high level of care
Qualifications:
• Board certified in emergency medicine
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
