Providers Typical Day:
Level 1 trauma enter 55 beds in ED EM boarded Experience
working with residents and med students in a large medical center
Shifts: Nights 8 and 12 hr shifts.

Patient Population:
Mixed volume for a midsize city of 110k. level 1 trauma center.
Pediatric hospital. Sexual assault treatment center Annual Volume: 80k/year adult and peds
Pediatric Volume: 16k Admission Rate: 27% Transfer Rate: <1% Who is responsible for
Codes: in-house codes/RRT’s are covered by an inpatient team 24/7 Typical cases: mixed
Required procedures: All procedures within scope of a BC EM physician Patient volume:
average 2pph Support staff: 3 year residency, MS 3 and 4 medical students, APPS

PAY RATE:
$400/hr

Days to Credential: 90

Adult Percentage: 80%
Peds Percentage: 20%
