Job description

• 60,000 Annual volume
• Level III Trauma
• BC or BE in EM/IM or FM (preferred) with ED experience, EM/FM residents in last year of program. If Boarded providers must have completed a residency
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS and NRP required
• Physician Shift times:9 hour shifts; 3P; 9A-6P; 12P-9P; 3P-12A; 6P-3A; 9P-6A,
can also make 12 hour shifts work
• 45-day Credentialing
