Locums providers needed!

Job description

Thief River Falls, MN- Sanford
Need MD/DO for ER coverage needs for 12 or 24 hours shifts
Annual ER volume 7,500
Volume breakdown: 625 ER visits monthly (10% emergent, 47% Urgent, 35% less Urgent, 8% non-urgent)
EMR is EPIC
Facility is Level 4 trauma
Must have MN License and DEA
Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS- FM, IM, EM)
Life Certifications needed: ACLS, ATLS or CALS w/ trauma module (waive for ABEM and can demonstrate having at one time)
COVID-19 vaccination required
Stroke certifications required
Typical timeline for credentialing is 90 days
Travel is included: air, rental car or mileage if driving. The facility has call rooms, so hotels are not included.
