Shift times- 7a-3p, 11a-9p, 3p-11a, 11p-7a – DAYS AND NIGHTS NEEDED
Dates- May 6th ongoing through 2024
Census-
3 Hospitals – PROIVDER WILL BE CREDENTIALED AT THREE
SITE 1 Hospital – 50K annual ER volume
SITE 2 – 50K Annual ER volume
SITE 3 - 50K annual ER volume
Average 110-112 patients per 24 hours
EMR- EPIC
COVID Vaccine – Yes or exemption
Shift Information for Sales Ops: Start Date of May 6th, 7a-3p 7-days a week, 11p-7a 7-days a week through August 2024.
