Due Date: 4/8/2024
Specialty: Emergency Medicine Physician in NM
Performance Period: 3 months option to extend a year.
Schedule/Shifts Times: Sunday through Saturday (7 on 7 off)
• 6:30am to 4:30pm
• 11am to 9pm
• 4pm to 2am
• 9pm to 7am
Call Requirements: None
Patient Ages: All ages
Types of Cases: Emergency Medicine and Fast Track
About the Clinic:
• Treats the largest Indian Tribe in the US
• 40 inpatient beds
• EM and fast track see 35,000 a year
• EM consists of 12 beds (24 hours a day)
• Fast track has 7 beds. (16 hours a day) 7am to 11pm
Requirements:
• ACGME approved Emergency Residency Training Program. Or other IM and FP residency with significant EM experience (deemed by the Chair EM of NNMC)
• No lapse of greater then 6 months leading up to assignment.
• BC or BE in ABEM (HIGHLY preferred).
• If not BC in EM, trained with EM experience in High acuity EM.
• State license unrestricted and active
• DEA (I through V)
• CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS.
