Job description

• June 17-18 (Potential for 8+ shifts in July-August )
• 8AM-8PM
• 10 bed ER - No ICU
• PPD 25
• Candidate Must be board certified in EM/IM/FM, with ER experience
• Emergency credentialing available
• For Emergency credentialing must have State license, NPI, CHUH, 3 references and DEA
