JOB DESCRIPTION:
COVERAGE NEED: Emergency Medicine
All ER locums must be Residency Trained in Emergency Medicine and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Dates:
June and July Needed

6/3 7am-7pm

July
7/1 – 7P
7/4 – 7A
7/7 – 7P
7/8 – 7P
7/14 – 7P
7/15 –7P
7/19 – 7P
7/30 – 7P
7/31 – 7P

The site is looking for a provider to cover June 3rd before scheduling July dates only.
Requirements:
• MUST HAVE PA PERMANENT LICENSE
• MUST be ED Trained and ED American Board (ABEM or AOBEM) Certified
• Level 1 Trauma Center, Level 3 NICU, Primary Stroke Center, STEMI Receiving Center
Licensed 468 bed facility
ED: 55-56K annual visits
Average of 2 patients/hr.
Ancillary Services: Cardiovascular, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, radiology, general surgery, urology, ENT, plastic surgery.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:
• ABLS
• ACLS
• ATLS
• BLS
• PALS

STATE LICENSE REQUIRED:
• Pennsylvania
