Job description

• Must have MI license and DEA at time of presentation
• Must have clean malpractice/background
• Must send self-query NPDB if EPA has a negative yes or pending response
• ABEM/AOBEM
• ABIM/ABFM, MUST have 2 years of recent ED experience
• BLS, PALS, ACLS & ATLS.
• If physician is board certified, ATLS needs to be submitted even if expired to show that provider was certified at a point in time
• TB/PPD - Annually (if PPD+, Chest X-ray is acceptable)
• FLU – Annually, MMR, Varicella, HEP or Titers, COVID
