San Antonio ER Physician Need

Job description

MUST have ALL hospital affiliations listed in the CV in Month/Year format for Start and End Dates, including city and state name.

MUST have ALL certifications listed on CV.

MUST have a TX License at the time of Name Clear.

Only accepting Completed residencies in EM.

Minimum of TWO years experience in EM. MUST be currently working in Emergency Medicine. Private practice, TeleMed and Urgent Care experience will not qualify.







Physician Credentialing

Residency: Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine.

o Any physician falling under the “grandfather clause” declaring physicians board eligible if they completed 8,000 hours of clinical practice in emergency departments by 1988, will NOT qualify.



Life Certifications:

ACLS, PALS and ATLS required, BLS optional.

Immunizations: FLU/COVID and last TB test

CME: 48 total CMEs required in past 24 Months - within the 48 total, must have 18 trauma CMEs, 9 for watch 12-month period. Copies of the CME certificate or detailed transcripts accepted ONLY.

Case Logs: 24 Months
