Bi-lingual Spanish a necessity
Join a large physician group for a solo start up Endocrinology position or work as a Hospital employee.
Possibly some other options available too.
No Hospital call, but responsible for call schedule on your own patients.
Solo start up will be Income Guarantee
Two other Endos are employed in the area by the hospital but they are also solo"
