Endocrinologist needed in Fishers, IN! WILL LICENSE WITH IMLC!

Location: Fishers, IN
Start Date: 10-14-2024
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: This need is for full-time coverage (4 10-hour shifts/week) at three different sites within a 10-mile radius (locations below). Call needs: every 6-7 weeks on call Monday-Thursday 5pm to 8am then Friday 5pm through Monday 8am
Work Details:
· Support staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 NP/PA, 3 Office Staff
· Patients per day: 15-20
· Department description: Internal Medicine - Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
· EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IN License or IMLC
· Certifications required: Fellowship
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
