Telehealth Provider Opportunity

Job description

We are seeking licensed providers for a telehealth opportunity supporting Urgent Care and Medical Weight Loss (TRT/HRT optional).

Key Details:
• Minimum 20 hours/week synchronous care
• Flexible scheduling with monthly availability submission
• Asynchronous work (chart reviews) can be completed flexibly
• Patients self-schedule within open calendar windows

Operating Hours (EST):
• MWL: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• UC / TRT-HRT: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
(Availability must align with longest service window supported)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Medicare-eligible providers only
• Providers on Medicare Opt-Out list are not eligible
• PECOS verification required
• Providers with 8+ active state licenses automatically qualify; fewer licenses reviewed via points-based system

Onboarding & Training:
• Credentialing: 2–5 weeks
• Training: 2 days (4 hours/day)
• EHR training provided as needed
