Job description

Must have 2 years of Family Medicine or Primary Care NP/PA experience, no new grads.
Schedule: 8:30a-5:00p - Monday through Friday with alternating weekend shifts. Days off during week when working weekend.
Setting: Clinic.
Cases: Typical Family Medicine (outpatient) cases. All Ages required.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days.
