Location: CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8AM-5PM
Rate: $Hourly+ expenses
Discipline: NP – UC – fast paced clinic with high volume
Credentialing: 15-30 days (must have Colorado Medicaid #)
PPD – 25-35
Facility –UC Clinic
Dates – ASAP 3 months to start with possibility of extension)
Other info: Great probably of going longer than 3 months! Will work alongside another NP or MD
