Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Needed in CT

Job description

• Will take FNP or PA
• Must be able to speak medical Spanish (fluent preferred)
• ASAP start and Ongoing until they find perm candidate
• M-F
• 8:30-5:30 (1 hour to do admin)
• Would be open to provider that can do at least 3 days a week
• Must be able to see all ages
• 50/50 adults/kids
• 10-12 patients per day
• Duties: seeing patients for exams, diagnosing, vax recommendations, referrals, health assessments, etc.
• Support Staff: Provider will have 1:1 MA and LPN to assist
• Very quick credentialing (1 week or less)
