Job description

Location: near Sioux City, IA
Facility type: Outpatient, Primary care NP/PA
Duration of Assignment: 3 months, Fridays ONLY
PPD: 8-15, 2+ Ages
Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 MA
EMR = ECW
**Travel and Lodging provided**
Types of Cases: Occupational Health, Physicals, drug screens, MUST be comfortable with chronic disease and medication management
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
