Job description

ASAP start date – 3 months + assignment
• FNP needed
• All ages
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Roughly 20 patients per day
• Standard Primary Care sick/well consultations
chronic care coverage-hypertension/diabetes
histories & physicals
• No procedures
• Full support staff
• EMR: GE Centricity, facility will provide training
• T & L available
