Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Tele/Home Health - Missouri

Job description

Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend

Position Highlights:
Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday–Friday or Part-time available (20 hours)
8 am-5 pm with a 1-hour lunch
70% Telehealth 30% in Home (Home Health)...If providers live in the county, scheduling will try and schdule in home visits, but telehealth will be a main compent
One-hour lunch break included
Schedules are released 2–3 weeks in advance
Open to full-time or part-time providers
Paid for a full day regardless of patient volume (providers must enter availability into Salesforce to be paid for the full day)
1–3 hours of paid orientation, all additional ongoing education modules are expected to be completed during downtime within working hours
