Location: Socorro NM

Details:
- Outpatient primary care
- Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
- Approximately 23 PPD
- June 10 - December 31
- EMR: NexGen
- 30 day estimated credentialing time

Skills and Requirements:
- NP Certification
- New Mexico NP license
- AHA BLS
- 1-year Primary Care experience

Pay Rate: $70.00-$100.00 per hour

Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits.  You may choose to (1) have your travel arranged and paid in full, (2) arrange your travel and submit eligible expenses for reimbursement or (3) receive a weekly travel stipend.

Lodging for this assignment is provided in facility apartments.

Reimbursable Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)

Travel Stipend:
- Meals and Incidentals: $413.00 per week

This assignment is a 1099 contract position.  Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
