Location: Poughkeepsie–Newburgh–Middletown, NY Metropolitan area
Specialty: (1) Advanced Practice Provider
Period of coverage: between 6 months up to one year.
ASAP upon credentialed
Schedule: 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday
Primary Care; appointment only, chronic illness management and supervising support staff
Qualifications:
• shall be fully certified
• (2) years' experience
• CPR, ACLS certification
• Travel & Lodging provided just need an Active State License & DEA
