FNP Needed for Outpatient Primary Care Assignment in New York City!!!

Job description

• ASAP start - Ongoing
• 1-2 days a week (can be flexible on days)
• Will be doing basic primary care work
• Sick and well visits, medication management, referrals, follow ups, etc.
• 15-25 patients a day
• Clinic Hours : M-F 9a-5p
• Youngest age provider will see is 10+
• Will accept someone that only see's adults
• Support Staff: 1:1 MA
• Credentialing: 30-45 days
• EMR: ECW
• Must have active state license and DEA
