• Start Date: May 2025
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)
• Patient Population: Male youth placed by Family Court (juvenile delinquents)
• Provide comprehensive medical care
• Perform assessments, order and interpret tests, diagnose, and create treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supervising physician under a written agreement
• Must be comfortable with both medical and behavioral complexities of the setting
• Additional duties related to patient care may be required
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Active NY License and Registered as a Nurse Practitioner of Family Health in NY
