Hi,

We are currently working with an outpatient, primary care facility in Montana needing coverage ASAP. Please see the details below:

Location: NE Montana
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
PPD: 15, seeing all ages (or 12+ OK)
Scope of Work: Outpatient-primary care
Assignment: 3-month initial commitment with option to extend
Credentialing Timeframe: 3-6 weeks, can expedite with clean background
