Job description

We have a new outpatient opportunity in Oregon looking for experienced providers who can work independently.

Highlights below:
• Outpatient clinic setting
• September start
• Monday-Thursday schedule only
o 8a-6p
o No call
• 10-15 patients per day
• All ages patient population
• 1:1 clinical support staff per provider
• Must be proficient in Epic
• Oregon license + DEA required
• BLS or ACLS required
• New grads will not be considered
