Job description

• BE/BC, Open to multiple providers
• MUST be licensed in PA
• ASAP - Ongoing need
• Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5p
• 1-2 patients a day
• 75% Adult 25% Geriatric
• Support staff
• Intake, evaluation, COVID tests, well checks, urgent care cases, cold/flu, diagnosing/treating chronic and acute conditions, on-site accidents, and will also manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
• T&L will be considered for the right candidate
• EMR: Kebra

• Low Patient Volume
