Setting: 100 employees factory, seeing only employees
Schedule: M-F, 6am-3pm.
Other info: seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner to work in our new private clinic, located onsite for approx. 100 people (low census!) in the factory of our client. This incredible opportunity allows patient/provider relationships to form as it is a private clinic, available only for the employees at the factory. The provider will be focusing on well visits, physicals, prescribe and tend to urgent care cases. The role will involve collaborating with other health professionals, such as remote mental health therapists and nutritionists.

Specific responsibilities

• primary care: Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.
• urgent care: Respond promptly to urgent medical cases, accidents, and injuries on-site. Administer immediate care and determine the need for further treatment or hospital referrals.
• prescribing medications: Assess patient conditions and prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and formulary. Monitor medication management and educate patients on proper usage.
• employee relationship building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment. Act as a resource for health-related inquiries and concerns.
