Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed | Longview, WA

Job description

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hour days, with flexible coverage for needs for possible Saturdays.
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: estimated 20 patients per day Family Medicine – work in the clinic to see patients for physicals, women’s health, chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes management especially), same-day/urgent issues.
- Dates of Coverage: Initial 3 months with option to extend.
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
- Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Must have an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
