Minutes from Milwaukee
• NP- Family Medicine
• Must See all Ages
• Mon- Friday 8a-5p
• 100% Outpatient
• ASAP Start (3 month contract, there is a need until the end of Nov)
• 1 month to credential
• WI License, DEA, BLS Needed
