LOCUM Physician - Family Practice needed in Hartford County, CT for an assignment

Our client in Connecticut is in need of a Physician - Family Practice ASAP for an ongoing assignment!

Job Details:
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Outpatient
Physician to provide comprehensive medical services for adult members of family; no peds.
Services include primary care and treatment, Preventative care, Immunizations, health education, prescribing of medications, ordering, or interpreting lab testing, physical examinations, STD screenings, Vision/hearing, family planning, and nutrition.
16-24 patients per day.
Locals preferred. CT residents, mileage reimbursement ONLY; otherwise non CT residents can submit for travel expenses for airfare, lodging car rental
EPIC experience required

Job Requirements:
CT License, or willingness to obtain
Board Certified
BLS
DEA
