Job description

This is an outpatient Family Practice role supporting both a mobile clinic and a brick-and-mortar setting. The provider will split time between locations, so comfort working in a mobile clinic environment is required. Spanish fluency is essential for this role.

Contract Length: 13–26 weeks with option to extend
Schedule: Varies based on client need (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM/open to part-time)
Patient Population: All ages
Setting: Outpatient
Experience Required: 2+ years
Language Requirement: Spanish fluency required

Requirements:
California PA license (in hand)
DEA License
BLS
Board certification preferred (BE accepted)
