About the clinician's workday

The physician associate will deliver comprehensive family medicine care working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday managing 24-25 patients daily with a 20% no-show rate. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic medical conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and treating acute illnesses. The clinician will work collaboratively with physicians and additional support staff including specialists onsite to maintain continuity of care and ensure optimal patient outcomes within the FQHC healthcare delivery system.
