Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00a-6:00p, will consider PT 3 days/week minimum
PPD: 20-25, seeing ages 2+
Scope of work: OccMed urgent care, ability to suture, splint, read and interpret X-Rays, DOT physicals, workers compensation
Assignment: 1-2 week credentialing timeframe, 3 month initial commitment
